I have been so bad at keeping up with my social media. The last 3 months were a whirlwind and being busy, but that’s not an excuse! My resolution is to keep up with this account and show you all what I’m doing on a more regular basis.

I’m not vegan, never have been and probably never will be. I was always put off by the sad attempts of recreating meat products. Veggie black bean burgers, or seitan we’re about as deep as i got into veggie options.
•
*But then I met Todd*
•cafe has completely changed the way I look at plant based food. He creates vegan food with flavors that are almost identical to the real thing. I tell everyone, if you gave his Mac & Cheese to a random non vegan, they would never know it wasn’t regular cheese. And his breaded “chicken” if i made you take a bite with your eyes closed, you wouldn’t believe that you’re eating vegan. He is seriously so good at his craft.

So I implore you, if you’ve been on the fence about eating at because it’s fully plant based, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Pan roasted dates 🤤

I feel like dates get a bad rap, but there is something about when you roast them that I’ll never get over! Especially the roasted date dish from .bistro ! So colorful and delicious!
