We met so many wonderful people over the past few months, and honestly, that has been one of my favorite parts of it all.

A special thank you to the Old Brooklyn Farmers Market staff and volunteers — this market wouldn’t happen without the time, care, and hard work you put into it.

We’re so grateful for this season and for everyone who showed up with us along the way.

This may be the end of market season, but it’s definitely not the end of Three Beans. ☕️

Starting next Saturday, 9/26, we’re bringing The Weekend Ritual to life with our first Three Beans Porch Pop-Up from 8:30–11:30 AM in Brooklyn!

We’ll have fresh coffee, baked goods, bundle deals + a few preorder freebies.

Preordering helps guarantee your favorites, but walk-ups are absolutely welcome while supplies last. 🤎

One thing we haven’t talked much about yet: the beans behind your coffee ☕️

When we started building Three Beans, partnering with a local roaster was really important to us. We wanted coffee that tasted great, worked well across our menu, and came from a small business we were genuinely excited to support.

We’re happy to share that we are serving beans from Double Dog Coffee Roasters 🤎

Their coffee is what you’ll find in our espresso drinks, cold brew, and decaf options — and we’re excited to keep sharing more about the coffee side of Three Beans as we grow.

Local supporting local will always feel pretty special around here.

We’ve been thinking a lot about what Three Beans will look like once the Thursday markets wrap up later this month… ☕️

We’re gearing up for a few holiday markets, but if I’m being realistic, this growing baby bump is definitely limiting my carrying capacity 😂 And so many of you have been asking where you can find us outside of the markets!

So, The Weekend Ritual was born. 🤎

Our first limited-menu sneak peek is happening this Saturday, 9/5! Think coffee + fresh baked goods, with a few new exclusives like our Weekend for Two and Family Morning bundles.

This first one is intentionally small while we test out our new Saturday pickup routine, so quantities are limited!
