A good taste description of this amazing wine would be that it has a Funky, light bodied, Dirty, earthy, animaly (people call that barnyard) taste to it!

This is Cortez
It’s a skin contact natural orange wine! It has Mango Chutney and Tropical Starburst summery vibes. This wine is very fruit forward with white tea undertones. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine!

Come try some of yummy appetizers like our Goat Cheese Salad. It comes highly recommended as it is a fan favorite!

A 2019 white wine from Santa Ynez Valley in California. This Sauvignon Blanc is known for being acidic and citrus forward with rich texture and aroma. Because if its Semillon Variety it’s harvested earlier so it keeps the underripe undertones and mineral taste to it with a creamy finish ,which is uncommon for these varietals. This wine is Natural, Unfiltered ,and Unfined.
