Breakthrough Midtown

🏥 Healthcare is available at Breakthrough Midtown! Care Alliance is partnering with Breakthrough Midtown to provide student healthcare during the school day.

Your child can get care at school without needing transportation or missing learning time.

To get started, return the consent form sent home with your child. Have questions? Call the Breakthrough Family Experience Office at 216-367-5720.

Care Alliance accepts Medicaid and most insurance. A sliding fee scale is also available, and no child will be turned away because of payment.
