October is here, and we couldn’t be more excited. It’s Walk All Over Waterloo! Make sure to check out Waterloo Arts for the newest openings, stop by our good friends Millie’s for bomb cocktails and tasty bites with sounds by Teddy Eisenberg, as well as Doinks Burger Joint (don’t miss the Bonn Mi Burger) and live music at Millard Fillmore Library - and make sure to try the Thai Iced Tea launched alongside Six Shooter Coffee brand new fall menu!

This week at Roux!
Big sandwich moment..come get your lobster roll (or two…or three) and po’boy fix, they’ll be around until Sunday. The cioppino has also made its return, for fans of a tomato based, flavor bomb seafood soup.

This weeks features…for baked oyster fans, try the Lobster Gratin 🦞 If this heat wave isn’t enough for you, our Monetgo Chicken will satisfy with scotch bonnet curry ❤️‍🔥🌶️

On the eve of our 4th month of doors open, we cannot express how grateful we are for all the support from our neighbors, friends new and old, and family alike. The warmth found on Waterloo is second to none, and we can’t wait to continue sharing our space with you. Thank you for an amazing 4 months and cheers to many more! Stay tuned.
