Last week I had the opportunity to reconnect with Chris Minahan for dinner. While success is relative, Chris is the impetus for what I have achieved in my career.

Many years later, I still vividly recall and practice two of the many lessons Chris Minahan taught me: (1.) Commit one-hour every day to self-improvement and learning something new. (2.) Every decision you make brings you further or closer to your success.

Take a moment to reflect on the one person who had the most significant influence on your career. Make sure you thank this person by practicing their teachings and passing it forward.
