WHAT IS BEYOND THE TABLE?

Beyond the Table is a Cleveland artist led initiative focused on creating more opportunities, resources, skills, ownership, and pathways for artists and creative workers.

We’re exploring what it takes to build a stronger arts ecosystem and creative economy in Cleveland.

NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

What community events should we bring the Beyond the Table tent to next?

Festivals. Markets. Art shows. Block parties. Workshops. Neighborhood events.

Tell us where we should show up.

ERIE SOUND IS LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re looking for someone who loves music, social media, and creating content to help us tell the story of Erie Sound.

This is a limited-hours, entry-level opportunity for someone who already has basic social media and content creation skills and wants real-world experience working inside an independent record label.

$125/month through December 2026

You’ll work directly with Sam Supreme and meet weekly, either in person or virtually.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Creative and reliable
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Interested in music, culture and Cleveland
• Looking to build their experience and portfolio

THE TAPE IS PROOF.

When you buy a cassette, you’re not just buying music.

You’re supporting the people who duplicated the tape (Duplication.com Shop ) the local studios where artists create (Breakthrough Sounds Recording Studio) , the independent label releasing the project (E R I E S O U N D | Indie Record Label ), the record stores selling it, and the artists who made the work Ben Ferrari (Serial Tinkerer) / Sierra Delaine / will cherry / Los P.

That’s the proof.

Beyond The Table asks a bigger question: What happens when we invest in the people, systems and infrastructure that make creative work possible?

PILOT/TEST/PROOF is one example of that model in action. Cleveland artists creating new work, collaborating with local creative organizations, producing physical music, and putting that work into the community.

Creating art creates jobs. Supporting art supports an economy.

Community support and investment can help build a model where artists, creative workers, businesses and neighborhoods all have a reason to keep creating.

Come see the system in action:
