I’d be lying if I said I didn’t start drinking a bit more caffeine when my neighbors moved in downstairs. But when it’s that good, how can you not?!

Being an appointment-only showroom, my hours vary as much as my days. Typically I’ll arrive, set the mood & the jewels, and then tackle the days agenda.

This particular day was for content creation with ABIGAIL ROSE PHOTOGRAPHY & CREATIVE and shipping out orders.

Sometimes it’s more glamorous, sometimes it’s less (“financial” days). Either way, I love every second of it!

Ah, the time of perimenopause where I have to eat all the fiber and protein so I don’t gain anymore weight than I already have.

This lunch inspiration came from The Judith (you MUST try the warm carrot and lentil salad), but with my own little twists.

The base dressing is my go-to that I usually have premade in my fridge but I used the last of it yesterday.

Honestly this was so good I think I need to pre-make for my lunch again tomorrow.
