Our Board President Bonny Courter enjoyed sharing her new class "Journaling for Self-Care" to students at the Boys & Girls Club of Detroit.
They are equipped with notebooks and thoughtful journal ideas to be able to take journaling on-the-go with them for small special moments of well-being.

To say May's Creative Journal Workshop was good for the soul would be an understatement.
Not only are we gathering in a small, intimate group setting, we're holding space for each other to share whatever is on our minds.
We're learning from each other.
We're supporting each other.
We're cheering each other on.
We're building community.
We're making art.
We're journaling.
Workshop Saturdays are the best. Join our next one in June. Grab your ticket on our website.
