Welcome to the new EVYR page!
EVYR is a music project honoring the legacy of Erik McCornack, the singer of Soundhouse, with the remaining members performing under the new name.
EVYR is Ronny Appoldt on bass, Gwamba on Guitar, Dan Sablan on drums, and the addition of Kelly Rebel Bear Atwell on vocals.
Following Erik's sudden passing, the band decided to fulfill his booked shows and keep the music alive. EVYR has been actively performing, including a memorial benefit show at the Pour House in Paso Robles, where they paid tribute to Erik and raised funds for a good cause. The event drew a supportive community, with some people thinking it a great way to celebrate the music and spirit of Erik McCornack.
Some notable performances have been at Barrel House Brewing Co., The Pour House, and California Beer Co. They have played alongside bands like the Jammies, Angels Roost, and Kelly's Heroes.
Fans have been enjoying their music with band members sharing videos of EVYR's performances on YouTube.
