Septic is in! We are almost ready! We have already sent 4 applications out so I figure spots 1 & 2 will be rented quickly! Then we will move on to construction phase 2, spots 3-9.

Tired of the hustle and bustle of city life? It’s not quite dark yet and the stars are already prevailing at scenic view!

Electric underground is in for sites 1 and 2! We are moving right along! Electrician, water and sewer scheduled for this coming week!

Tired of living in a traditional Rv park where you are on top of your neighbors and no trees? Want a more relaxing setting, look no further. We will have our first 2 Rv spots available July 1, 2023. These 2 spots are on our main campus secluded behind one of our rent houses on 100 acres. These 2 spots are behind a locked automatic gate with security cameras for peace of mind. There is a 16 person on-site tornado shelter. Coming in the fall of 2023 we will have 21 more sites that are in the woods, so plenty of shade, and lots a little more spread out than your traditional rv park.
