Confession time: Connor ended up in the middle too many times so we played a joke on him. People we supposed to be jumping up and moving seats, but instead we just let him think we were moving. Sorry buddy, you were a good sport. 😉 Also, head, shoulders, knees, toes, CUP!

A week ago we hung out and followed Bob Ross on a journey to find our inner artists. It was fun, challenging, and messy!

THIS FRIDAY!!!
Get out your Afro wigs and get ready to paint some “Happy little Trees.” We are going to paint along with Bob Ross and create some amazing works of art! It’s totally ok if you’re not much of an artist. Bob would tell you “There are no mistakes, just happy little accidents.” (Feel free to dress up to really get in the artistic mood!)

$8 will include a 11X14 canvas, paint and some snacks. We’ve got a good selection of paint brushes, but if you’ve got some favorites, feel free to bring them. A progressive dinner is one that is broken up so that you eat a different part of the meal at different locations.

For this one, we are going to travel to 4 different homes and eat some different appetizers at each!

We will have some games, and activities and to add a little extra fun we want you to dress up and look fancy. Break out those old prom dresses or bridesmaid outfits, borrow your dad’s suit or throw on a tie and a nice button up shirt. Go all out and have some fun with your fancy attire!

Had a blast last Friday watching Elf!

Dec. 17th is our Midweek Christmas party!!! Don’t let the poster fool you. This is going to be a fun and friendly Christmas party, even though the gift exchange can be a little cutthroat. This year we are going to do a White Elephant gift exchange (Or something that’s $5 if you go to the store). A white elephant gift is something from around your house that you are ready to part with. It could be a small shelf item, a gag gift you’ve been waiting to regift, or Something really cool you no longer use or want. Ask your parents or leaders for ideas. Please do not bring garbage or something that is broken. We will have a few extra gifts on hand, so if you forget or can’t find something, just come anyways and we will have you covered. I’m excited to see what you guys come up with.

Join us this Wednesday for our annual midweek Halloween party!! We will have a bunch of games, lots of candy, a costume contest, and of course, get into the word! It’s going to be lots of fun! Wear a costume if you want or just come and vote for your favorite! Hope you all can make it!

Christian is in town for the weekend!! He is going to join us for Sunday school during second service. Hope you all can join us!

Backyard movie night at Eric’s this Saturday at 8. We will also have ac throwing and watermelons!! Hope you all can make it!!
