partnered with to create this identity for the Triangolo family of fountain pens. These pens are based on the Reuleaux triangle and were inspired by the legendary Omas 360.

In early 2014, AIGA, the professional association for design, asked a select group of 100 designers to create a piece of artwork that makes a social, political or cultural statement about one year from AIGA’s history. Invitation is limited to AIGA Medalists, Fellows and past and current Presidents. Tim Smith was honored to, well, honor 1928 - the birth year of legendary Swiss type designer Adrian Frutiger, Mickey Mouse (and Tim's mom).

The poster collection was exhibited at the Museum of Craft and Design in San Francisco and a set of postcards (seen here) was also produced to honor the occasion.
