Social media policy: https://www.go-metro.com/policies/#advgb-tabs-tab2 The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is a tax-supported, independent political subdivision of the State of Ohio and is a government entity. SORTA operates Metro fixed-route bus service and Access paratransit service for people whose disabilities prevent their riding Metro buses. SORTA is governed by a 16-member volunteer citizens’ board of trustees. Eleven trustees are appointed by Hamilton County and five are appointed by the City of Cincinnati. Three of the Hamilton County appointees are non-voting trustees representing Butler, Clermont, and Warren counties.
Government Square will close nightly from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. during BLINK, October 8–11, and bus service will temporarily relocate to the Riverfront Transit Center. Watch this video to see how to walk from Government Square to the Riverfront Transit Center before your trip.
Once you arrive at the Riverfront Transit Center, signage will show you where to board your route, and Metro staff will be available to answer questions and assist riders.

BLINK returns October 8–11, and Metro is ready to help you get there!
Avoid downtown traffic and parking by riding Metro to experience four nights of art and creativity throughout Cincinnati. In addition to regular service, Park & Ride options will be available at Cincinnati State and Crossroads Oakley, with service to the Riverfront Transit Center each night from 6 p.m. to midnight.

In this session, we'll cover everything you need to know about riding Metro to BLINK, including fixed-route service, Park & Ride options, fares and what to expect during the event. You'll also hear directly from Metro team members and have the opportunity to get your questions answered.

Join us at an upcoming public meeting to learn more about Metro's proposed Winter Service Adjustments, scheduled to take effect December 6, 2026, and share your feedback!
• Adding direct midday service from Government Square to the Freestore Foodbank on Rt. 50.
• Extending Rt. 51 to Norwood/Surrey Square in response to rider feedback.
• Revising Rt. 61 service under one of two options: rerouting via Kenwood, Dawson, Miami and Euclid, or ending the route at Kenwood Mall and removing Rt. 61 service in Madeira. The Madeira Park & Ride would still be served by Rt. 2.
• Removing Rt. 10 service to Oakley Transit Center during off-peak hours and weekends. Erie Ave would still be connected to Oakley Transit Center seven days a week via Rt. 37.
• Reducing off-peak P.M. trips on Rts. 20 and 31 due to low ridership.
