Tomo night Poetry at Artifact in Northside!
I'm thrilled to announce our special lineup for December 2nd! The multi-talented Olund has been leading climate meditations and workshops focused on one of her passions: ecopoetics. On December 2nd, we'll feature Elaine and some of her "regulars" in these workshops. Our hope is to raise our voices for the mother of us all, Mother Earth!
Come join us at Urban Artifact's Radio Artifact space and bring a poem (an eco-centered piece, if possible) to share during the open mic.

I’m feeling especially grateful this Thanksgiving season for everyone who has championed the gallery and shown up to support the amazing artists, poets, performers, educators, civic leaders and scientists who have shared their talents, passion, and knowledge with us. And to all the individuals and organizations who helped make our epic exhibit All Else Pales 2 happen this past spring—your financial backing brought the show to life, and I am filled with appreciation.
And of course, to all of you who have attended our exhibits, plays, concerts, panel discussions, and artist talks: your presence and enthusiasm make everything we do worthwhile. Thank you!
I also want to give a heartfelt shout-out to my partner, Elaine Olund, for all of her unwavering support and care this year. From being my pillar of strength while nursing me through medical challenges this past year, to her tireless work producing our recent volume of poetry for All Else Pales 2, to the ongoing climate writing and meditation workshops she leads at the gallery—she has been nothing short of amazing. I am blessed.
Wherever you are, and whomever you share your holiday with, I wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings.
Warmly, Paul Kroner
