⭕️Starting Pay: $16+/hour plus commission
⭕️Hours: 40/week
⭕️About the Position

This is a sales-driven role built around the phone. As our Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first voice our clients and prospective clients hear when they call — and often their first impression of our company. You'll spend your day talking with customers and prospects: answering questions, explaining our services, recommending solutions tailored to their needs, and actively selling inspections and membership packages.

You'll also work closely with our administrative team to keep operations running smoothly, so strong organizational skills and comfort with data entry matter — but make no mistake, this is a phone sales position first.

We provide comprehensive, hands-on training — what matters most is your willingness to learn, your comfort selling over the phone, and your drive to do right by every customer who calls.

What a fun evening we had last night.

🚨 Hornet Nest Alert! 🚨

This is one of the biggest hornet nests we’ve come across so far this year! 🐝😳

By this point in the summer, nests are growing fast, and what starts out looking like a small paper ball can quickly become home to hundreds of aggressive hornets. That’s why it’s so important to leave removals to the professionals.

It's Member Monday - and it's twice as good!

This week we are showing some love to the husband and wife team behind . Angie and Bill have been Colerain Chamber of Commerce members for about 10 years. Although they've been doing business in our area for years, they recently decided to relocate their business into Colerain Township! 1Stop is a female-owned business and has a lot of helpful tips on their social media including how to deal with ticks (ugh- the ticks have been awful this year! Our family has found 3 on us already 😭)
