Low Spark, located Over-the-Rhine, is a neighborhood bar from 4EG with a ’70s vibe and a tropical aquarium as the centerpiece. Located at 15 W. 14th St. at Republic Street, Low Spark was named after Traffic’s 1971 song, “The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys.”
