But that only happens when work is set up properly before you step away.

A little planning goes a long way. Getting priorities in order, handing off responsibilities, and making sure everyone knows what to expect helps everything keep moving while you’re out.

Before you go, make sure you’ve covered the basics:
• What needs to be finished
• What can be delegated
• Who’s covering what
• How and when you’ll be available (if at all)

And don’t forget to set yourself up for your return so you’re not walking into chaos on day one back.

Every year, one of the things our team looks forward to most is the opportunity to spend time with our customers in person.

The annual Rent Manager User Conference brings together the people behind Rent Manager and the people who use it every day, creating space for conversations that simply can't happen through a screen. It's a chance to learn together, share ideas, answer questions, and help customers discover new ways to get even more from the platform.

From Support and User Care to Product, Development, and beyond, our team is counting down the days until we can reconnect with familiar faces, meet new users, and spend another week focused on what matters most: helping our customers succeed.

You can tell a lot about a workplace by the way it shows up for employees outside of the job itself.

This month at LCS looked like therapy dogs making rounds through the office, coffee trucks on busy mornings, popcorn socials in the middle of the day, catered lunches, food trucks, and conversations centered around mental health and wellbeing.

Mental Health Awareness Month gave us the opportunity to remind employees to pause, recharge, connect with coworkers, and know their wellbeing matters here.
