Pain isn’t always about a weak muscle or a tight joint.

Sometimes it’s about how the entire system is coordinating movement.

DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) helps us assess and retrain foundational movement patterns, breathing mechanics, and core stability so the body can move more efficiently.

When we improve the quality of movement, we often create an environment where pain can decrease and performance can improve.

At Form + Function, we use tools like DNS alongside strength training and physical therapy to help people move with more confidence and less discomfort.
