Under construction, but already making a statement🌴

The future JW Marriott Downtown Naples Hotel and Conference Center is taking shape – which will be defined by a graceful curved exterior and a dramatic front water feature that will set the tone for arrival.

On site, the hotel is becoming reality as foundations are poured and the structure begins to rise – laying the groundwork for everything to come, including a spa, pool, restaurant, bar, fitness, retail, and meeting spaces.

Still in progress, but the foundation is clear: a destination where architecture, experience, and place come together seamlessly. Stay tuned as this project comes to life!

Last month, we gathered at for a studio retreat and a day to step away from our computers and lean into what matters most – collaboration, creativity, and each other. From sharing the incredible work our team brought to life this past year to dreaming big about what’s ahead, the energy in the room was undeniable.

We took time to recognize the people who make it all happen, because great work starts with a great team. And of course, we stayed fueled throughout the day the best way we know how – together, over pizza, tacos, and sweet treats.

Since joining us in January 2023, Julie has quickly become an integral part of the architecture team. Her dedication, thoughtful approach, paired with a strong collaborative spirit, brings depth and intention to every project she touches. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering meaningful design solutions, she has made a lasting impact on a variety of projects. Join us in celebrating MacKenzie Kirk on her well-earned promotion to Architectural Designer II ✨

Since joining the team in August 2022, MacKenzie has made a meaningful impact through her thoughtful design approach and collaborative spirit. Beyond her project work, her involvement in the PIVOT Culture Committee has helped shape the energy and experience of our studio – bringing intention not only to our work, but to our design community. We’re grateful for her contributions and excited to see her continued growth in this next chapter. Way to go ‘Kenz!

At the center of Anchorage, the recently revamped Hilton Anchorage is nestled within one of the city’s tallest and most dynamic buildings. Our team was brought on to meticulously plan and renovate the 12,400-square-foot lobby and newly reimagined areas, featuring a bar and dining crafted by our interiors team. Meanwhile, our architecture team has expanded the space to accommodate the vibrant atmosphere. A fusion of contemporary design and rugged Alaskan authenticity, where every piece of furniture and finish has been carefully chosen and curated. This is more than a mere accommodation; it is a tribute to the awe-inspiring nature that envelops it.

The second LivSmart Studios by Hilton opened last week in Kokomo, IN and our PIVOT team was there to celebrate this milestone in person!

Partnering with the Hilton team to bring this brand to life has been such a rewarding experience. Walking into the finished space was a ‘pinch me’ moment...it felt just like stepping into our renderings ✨

We can’t wait to watch the LivSmart Studios brand continue to grow and inspire.
