Small physician office remodel for an asthma and allergy practice. Client wanted simple streamlined, no fuss interiors and furniture.

Tenant fit out in an historic building in downtown Cincinnati, 120 E. 8th Street. Donor Drive moved onto the 5th & 6th floors. Internet media company needed more space and an office to attract employees back in to the office. Another great project with Jamie Calkins, building owner.

Had our celebratory dinner a couple nights ago. Forno in Montgomery, we had a great time reminiscing.

It's our 10 year anniversary!!! This has been an awesome journey for us. Thanks to all of our colleagues and clients for your support.

Julie has been working on a modular building that will be a clubhouse for the Hangar Flats apartment community in Clermont County. Amazing what they can fabricate with pre-fab construction.

The holiday season is upon us!

UPDATE: Construction is creeping along. Fortunately the client doesn't seem to mind. Drywall is done and lighting is being installed. Turning out as we envisioned.

Home City Ice purchased a small, 1200 sf, non-descript building 2 doors down from their main office to expand their IT department. Ann was given some inspiration photos from the client to create a coffeehouse, urban aesthetic. So this formerly 1980s residence and later physical therapy office has been gutted, structure re-engineered and is on its way to completion before the end of the year. Before and after pictures will be striking.

Ann and her husband Jim, are working on redeveloping their property. Their 95 year old Cape Cod has foundation problems and is located in Montgomery, where the Heritage District neighborhood revitalization has been ongoing for the past decade. Ann has done all the planning and design with advice from Julie to create 2 connected townhomes, similar in design to the townhomes up the street. It has been a long process of city approvals so far, and more still to come.
Ann and Jim will live in the red roof side, the yellow side is for sale. All interested buyers welcome!
Construction to begin . . . . . . . . . .

For the past 2 years Julie has been doing our annual affirmation board. W5 and ABG have been marketing/cranking out the projects this year;23 and counting! Our skills complement Tony Nasser of ABG and vice versa. Our mantra is collaboration-hence our board for 2022. Ann had the idea, Julie made it come alive!

Happy 9th Anniversary to us! Going into our 10th year and we still love working with each other and love what we are doing!

On the W5th Day of Christmas . . . .

Another small renovation for Gravity Diagnostics. Renovated the 2nd floor in their building for additional workstations. This historic rail depot warehouse has created fun loft space for Gravity and their growing staff.
