SIERRA is a program aimed to develop enhanced situational awareness for fire-fighting operations. The program is co-developed Kelly Cohen and Manish Kumar.
The SIERRA Project (Surveillance for Intelligent Emergency Response Robotic Aircraft) is dedicated to serving the needs of both State and Federal Emergency Management Organizations to meet there Unmanned Aerial Systems Requirements.
