At Conger, we hold safety as our # 1 Priority.

We hold monthly Safety Meetings with all field staff, frequent “Safety Standdowns” on projects, and an annual Safety Day where every employee of Conger Construction Group attends an OSHA refresher course and works with our third-party Safety Contractor to ask questions on consistencies we are seeing in the field. This day consists of a half-day of Q&A with Ascent Safety, a presentation on updated safety laws and guidelines, and safety training on trends in the construction industry.
