Since joining GP more than four years ago, Cory has become a trusted partner to clients in our Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain & Engineering Practice. He works on some of our firm’s largest and longest-standing client relationships and consistently approaches that responsibility with care, professionalism, and integrity.

One of Cory’s greatest strengths is his ability to navigate challenging conversations with honesty and respect while keeping relationships strong and moving forward productively. He cares deeply about the clients and candidates he serves, and it shows in the way he approaches his work every day.

Beyond his client work, Cory is also one of GP’s biggest champions. He is serving for the second year on our Culture Club, is a graduate of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s C-Change program, and is involved with the Young Professionals Committee of the European American Chamber of Commerce in Cincinnati.

We’re celebrating Jeff Moore's 15-year anniversary with Gilman Partners. Over the years, Jeff has become an integral part of how we operate, bringing a thoughtful, thorough approach to research and sourcing while continuously finding new ways to improve how we work.

His impact goes far beyond any one role. From leading our sourcing and research efforts to supporting technology, data, and internal processes, Jeff helps keep everything running smoothly. He’s someone our team relies on, not just for his expertise, but for his willingness to jump in, solve problems, and support others whenever needed.

Jeff also plays a big role in shaping the culture at GP. Whether it’s sharing an important day in history, keeping his candy jar stocked, or simply being someone people trust and enjoy working with, he makes our team stronger in ways that go well beyond the work itself.
