Just a few leatherbound books that were patients here.

The Book Store will be CLOSED on Monday September 21st. We lost our sister, Jim sr.s daughter and we will be closed for the funeral. Thanks for your understanding. Please call if you have any questions or need something picked up that day.

Circa 1965. My father James Fallon, standing center, is 22 years old. His younger brother, George is kneeling. James Hardwick, standing left is the founder of the book store. The young lady was also employed here at that time. This is the first floor as you walk in the entrance.

This Bible found its way here without even a piece left from the original cover. The pages needed much mending, but now it is easily read and will last another lifetime!

I’ve been repairing Gospels and replacing ornate covers for years. The churches bring in the covers, I do not make them. But it requires changing the size of the book cover, usually some sewing, making the velvet for open areas and much patience to get it all together. They look fabulous in person.
