We’re coming up on a full month of Saeso 2.0 and we are already blown away by the support and positive reception! Y’all are loving our cocktail and spritz menu, and we want to feature one of the favorites so far.

Starting today, we will be doing a $9 Monday Martini special with our Carajillo Martini! Vodka, Licor 43, housemate coffee liquor, and cold brew. Come try one! Open 4-11pm.

Have you tried the Saeso Sunset Slushy? Mezcal, tequila, Aperol, coconut, pineapple, lime. It’s addicting :)

Come see us this weekend! We’re open Friday and Saturday 3pm-1am. Saturday is vintage market in Ziegler Park. Stop by afterward!

Weekend one for Saeso 2.0 is in the books! We couldn’t have asked for better guests, weather, staff, or more positive vibes. Many many spritz and Saeso Sunset slushies were had. Big news for Saeso.

After five unforgettable years, we’re proud to pass the torch to Saeso’s new ownership team, owners Evan Wallis and Hannah Wheatley—two people who have been part of Saeso’s story since the very beginning.

Evan helped shape Saeso in its first year behind the bar, creating some of our all-time favorite cocktails, while he and Hannah brought their multi-talented food and beverage experience to early pop-ups. There is truly no better team to carry this forward.

“Saeso feels like an instant classic, the kind of place that seems like it’s always been there,” say Wallis and Wheatley. “It’s a full circle moment to be back in OTR and we’re excited for the next chapter.”

Their future plans include building upon the same European-inspired concept with small bites, more pop-ups, and new cocktails and beers. 

Tonight (Saturday 3/28) will be our last service as the owners of Saeso! Come have a drink with us as we get ready to step into our new role as regulars. 

Lastly, we just want to thank all of our team members, past and present, for making Saeso what it is today.

And to our guests! You guys are the best. We know you’ll welcome Evan and Hannah just as warmly as you did us when we opened back in 2020.
