Step inside The Source, the Library of Congress’s first gallery for kids, from the point of view of the families it was made for.

Watch the card catalog light up when a drawer opens, and the Source Book wall where kids add what they learned and leave it behind. We’re so proud of this work, and grateful to everyone who partnered with us on it.

Full case study at the link in bio.

The doors open, and the Library of Congress becomes a place for kids. Welcome to The Source.

Open a drawer and the catalog lights up with sound and animation.

Look up. A violin, a film reel, a book caught mid-air. The collection, spilling out to meet you.

Remember card catalogs? This one’s been reimagined for kids who have never used one.

Before the research begins, you meet the people who do it for a living.

Load a reel, start the projector, and watch a clip the Library has kept for a century.

Four zones, one for each kind of primary source: film, sound, text, and image.

Spot the story. Look closely enough and an old photograph starts giving up its secrets.

One old newspaper with a question to chase down.

Every visit ends with kids making something out of what they found and it joins the Source Book wall.

“Dear ___,” is out in the world, and people are showing up to share stories of the ones who have shaped their careers. This is co-creation.

Dear ___,

Two words. Endless stories.

We helped Manpower create its first global UGC-driven co-creation campaign, an idea built with people instead of for them. “Dear ___,” invites you to thank the mentors, colleagues, and unexpected influences who shaped your working lives.

Here’s what makes it different: we didn’t build it in one market and ship it everywhere else. Working in person across the US, the UK, Italy, and France, we co-created an idea that resonates in every region while staying true to each.

Now Manpower is at the beginning of bringing it to life. In Sanremo, Italy, they set up in Piazza Muccioli under the banner “Dai voce al tuo futuro,” Give voice to your future, and invited students, young professionals, and passersby to share the people behind their careers. Over 1,000 stories were collected in six days. France has begun too, with more markets to come.

This is co-creation in action: the most powerful ideas aren’t made for an audience. They’re made with them.

A great idea shouldn’t stop at the campaign. It should be built to travel, right down to the driveway.

For the launch of the all-new E-Z-GO Liberty, we designed “Unexpected Consequences” to stretch across the whole journey, from consumer channels all the way to the dealership. That included a concept for a dealer deployment kit: same tongue-in-cheek voice, same envy-of-the-neighborhood energy, imagined as something dealers would actually want to unbox and show off.

Because the mark of a strong campaign is range. One idea, one look, one feeling, designed to scale from a highway billboard to a block party without ever losing the wink.

That’s what we love to build: not a campaign that runs and ends, but a brand world with room to grow.

The biggest risk of a premium product isn’t the price. It’s the attention.

For the launch of the all-new E-Z-GO Liberty, we turned that into the big idea: “Unexpected Consequences.” Instead of focusing on selling features, we dramatized the side effects of owning the most coveted cart on the block. Double takes. Admirers who won’t quit. Neighbors plotting their own upgrade.

The premium price tag went from the objection to the entire point.
