Before and after of a fireplace remodel. Real split faced marble veneer. Solid 18"x 18" marble hearth stones. Stripped and refinished the original mantle. Rebuild on the gas line for equal flame disbursement and look. Glass chips inside for a nice finished presentation.

Finished this Master wing in Brea home. This owner was getting the run around from a contractor before I was hired to untangle the mess they started. Scraped ceilings- can lights on dimmer, opened up a wall- drywall- tile- cabinet install- new doors- millwork and finished carpentry- closet mods- flooring- all paintwork. Shower glass and carpet were subbed out. It's all functional and finished!!

Customer had a leak and when I went up on the roof this one single tile had slid down exposing the underlayment. Some wahoo had done a shotty repair and never even fastened the tiles they removed during the repair!!! Underlayment compromised but lucky it's CA and we don't get much rain to begin with. Opened up the surround and buttoned it up properly. Incredible how this was just sitting like that for who knows how long.

160 SF Cat Condo! I believe they have 6-8 cats for this new enclosure I designed custom for a 2nd floor patio that wasn't being used much at this home. Installed a pet door to accommodate the cat squad for easy access on the sliding glass door. Lots of details and work to get this space right. The whole structure is fitted with 1/2" x 1/2" galvanized gopher wire. Walking planks and a cat house inside too. Now they have a spot to get out and get some sun 🤙 give me a call if you need a space made.

Split face marble fireplace remodel. 3" concrete hearth sub straight was poured to increase elevation of hearth. 2" thick leather finish marble stones set in place for a nice elevated look that makes the fireplace look custom and finished. Original mantle was stripped and sanded down/ re stained to match flooring. Stone sealer applied for future use. (951) 333-8306 give me a call.

These old termite and dry rot damaged columns were in dire need of TLC. This colonial style architecture is on some of the models in North DB end. Removed disintegrated baseplates underneath and all new material installed was primed ahead of time as it was being rebuilt (original build had zero prime coat underneath). Demo, rough and finish carpentry install, prime caulking and paint to finish out this porch and give it the presentation it deserves.
