SHERATON TIP 🛠: Replace your AC filter
Chico summers can really give your air conditioners a run for their money! While your AC unit has been keeping you cool (especially during those triple digit days!), its filter has been collecting dust and other allergens. By August, your air filter can be so full that it can damage your HVAC system, your air quality, and hike up your energy bill. So before fall begins and you start using the heater, replace your HVAC system’s air filter with a new one. Thank us later!
