What a great fair housing membership meeting today at the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors!

In this photo, the keynote speaker and CRS designee, Robert Morris, came to town from Tennessee to provide Eastern Connecticut agents and a few agents from nearby associations with training on Bias Overriding and on how we can better serve our clients and manage our own implicit biases.

Robert captivated an audience for 3 hours, showcasing his amazing presentation skills and his love for our business.
