The Affordable Care Act open enrollment window begins soon. If you or someone you know needs health insurance for 2026 through the ACA Marketplace, here are some key dates to keep in mind:
📆November 1, 2025 - Open Enrollment begins. You can enroll in, renew, or change your plan.
📆December 15, 2025 - Last day to enroll for coverage that starts January 1, 2026.
📆January 15, 2026 - Final day to enroll for 2026 coverage. Plans selected by this date will start on February 1, 2026.
After January 15, you'll need to qualify for a special enrollment period to make changes, such as experiencing a major life event like marriage, a new baby, or losing other coverage.
