The Olympic opening ceremony is amazing. The tour of Paris and Lady Gaga singing in French who knew! The dancers in the rain! I want the playlist.

The Olympics lacks two of the fastest growing women’s sports in the world: Softball and Synchronized Skating (winter). Yet skateboarding, surfing and some events on snow that even I never knew were a thing are Olympic events.

I will binge watch on Peacock for the next two weeks but the IOC needs to include these high participation mostly female sports.

Getting a purpose is to see how other countries teach how to slide on snow. We go in multinational groups with one country presenting but then we get to discuss in English and sometimes German with other delegates about the nuances I. Our approaches to different topics.
