We design our beers around popular "bucket list" destinations, using regional ingredients. Each one Everyone has a Bucket List. Here are a few examples:

Our goal is to take popular bucket list destinations, and build beers around them, using regional ingredients or beer styles. We want our beers to be a travel guide for your palate and mind. Some of the beers to look forward to include:

1. Gold of the Incas - Machu Picchu - "earthy" IPA brewed with lucuma

2. en Seine Pearis Saison - The Eiffel Tower - Brewed with French Saison yeast and pears. The Seine is the river that runs in front of the Eiffel Tower.

3. El Castillo - Chichen Itza - Chili Chocolate Stout. El Castillo is the name of the largest of the Mayan pyramids.

4. Crossing the Swilcan - St Andrews Golf Course - Scotch Ale brewed with Heather. Now, not all of our beers fit into these specific destinations. These beers we design after "bucket list" activities, such as skydiving, scuba diving, etc. Breaking 80 - Our session IPA. Drink on the front nine and still play the back!

6. 10,000 Cast Catch - Our wheat beer. Perfect for drinking from the dock while trying to hook that elusive fish

There's literally no end to the beers we can brew. If you'd want to visit it, we'll brew a beer to complement it.
