This batch of 10 DLA-2A compressors is ready to go! Meter calibration and testing complete.

DLA-2A boards are fully assembled, tested, and installed in the enclosures! All that’s left is meter cal and final test. Can’t wait!

Enclosure prep complete! Pots, k***s, handles, and VU meters installed. Next step is circuit boards.

These 10 DLA-2A pedals have sold! Thankfully I have all the parts on hand to build the next 10, so I’ll be releasing those in May for anyone who missed out on this round. Thanks so much for everyone’s interest!

Transformer, tubes, and T4Bs installed! Shield covers will be added to the high voltage power supplies, but they look a lot cooler at this stage. Still love those red T4B labels!

Enclosure prep complete! Pots, meters, k***s, handles, and internal standoffs get added at this step. It’s amazing how light these are before installing the circuit boards, by the magic wouldn’t be there without the transformers!

First pedal for DLA-2A Build #6 is complete! I always like to fully build one pedal before doing the remainder of the build as a batch. The plan is to continue with the other 9 enclosures pictured and then get this batch of 10 up for sale this month!

First thing I do before adding tubes and transformers is check the high voltage supply. 12V in, over 270V out!
