The leaves made a heart ❤️ 🍂

Great weekend of music! Beck was stunningly excellent at the Auditorium Theatre and Rufus Wainwright and Teddy Thompson (son of Linda and Richard) were fantastic at the Old Town School Of Folk!

Bits and bobs on a perfect fall day.

Good better best! Hating breaking into the Ten At 10 today with this news. 😢 RIP Mike Ditka🙏

Throwin’ it back to that time I copped Justine from Elastica’s hairdo for a while

Me and Tingle on the Johnny Carson set at the Museum of Broadcast Communications tonight at the Broadcasters Foundation Of America’s annual gathering. He was an unruly guest of course!

Apropos of nothing, here’s Michael Nesmith in a Nudie suit. Don’t we think I need this? 🦚

🎸Talking with Steve Vai was so interesting. He’s as down to earth as he is wildly talented, cutting jokes in between telling his story: how he got started as a teenager with Zappa, what album made him decide to embrace rock music, the occupational hazards of playing really intense guitar for decades, and what to expect from BEAT, the touring project with Vai, Adrian Belew, Tony Levin and Terry Bozzio this fall. BEAT performs at the Copernicus Center in Chicago on October 21st and it may be the last chance to see this ferocious group of mega musicians play together on stage. Don’t miss it.
