Congrats to Christian Parker, who was recently hired as Defensive Coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys. Parker started his coaching career at two : Virginia State University and Norfolk State University. From CIAA & MEAC roots to the NFL!

This fall, we're going back to the basics of the game we love. If you or any student athletes need some work on the fundamentals of the game, get in contact with us. We workout every weekend at Columbus Park on Harrison and Central 330-5pm
