At Encore Concierge Medicine, every detail in Dr. Gold’s office was designed to support focus, calm, and care - and this room is no exception. Thoughtfully integrated storage keeps essentials within reach but out of sight, while warm wood tones bring a sense of ease to a highly functional environment.⁠

Because when the space is this considered, it allows the real priority - patient care - to take center stage. 🩺❤️⁠

The Lakeview Low-Line, a public art installation built in a previously underutilized area under the CTA's elevated Brown line tracks. Our metalwork team fabricated and installed these display walls for use as a rotating artist display.

The Low-Line will host a farmers market every Tuesday, running June 2nd through September 29th. Produce and public art - two of our favorite things about Chicago in the summertime.

Steel support beams do some heavy lifting literally and figuratively at in West Loop. 💪

As general contractor, Vero oversaw the transformation of this 1909 building into an 11-room bed and breakfast. In the common areas, we were able to open up smaller rooms into wide open spaces thanks to the beams you see here. Leaving the beams exposed paid tribute to the building's history as a light manufacturing facility (it was a publishing house and printing operation).

A little green for the grid. 🍀📷

When we refurbished the original 1930s bar, floor and woodwork in the main room of the beloved California Clipper (last slide), we also built a brand new bar for its adjoining room (aka Lil Clip), pictured in slides 1-4.

Made of sapele wood - chosen for its durability, rich color, and sustainability compared to its endangered cousin mahogany - this new bar features arched shelving and an integrated peg letterboard drink menu.

It was designed by to complement the existing bar and look original to the space, which we think it does quite nicely.
