Instructions:
1. Combine your almond flour, nut or seed butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until a cookie dough forms.
2. Split your dates and stuff them with the dough.
3. Coat in the melted white chocolate, then dip in your rainbow sprinkles.
4. Give the chocolate time to set, then enjoy!
