Therapists, clinicians, and those in care roles — this space is for you.
In these politically complex and emotionally demanding times, many of us are carrying questions that don’t have easy answers. The work can feel heavier, and the expectation to remain grounded, present, and “neutral” doesn’t always reflect the reality we’re living in.

As we step into spring, it’s a natural time to reset; to clear out what no longer serves us and make space for growth, light, and renewal. Affirmations can be a simple but powerful way to reconnect with yourself and ground your mindset.
Take a moment this month to check in with yourself and move with intention.

This Women’s History Month, we honor the ways women continue to shape healing across generations.
Our clinician Almira Khan, AM, LCSW, helps clients explore how patterns formed through family systems and life experiences influence the ways we think, feel, and relate to others. Through therapy, individuals gain the space to understand those patterns and the courage to move forward in ways that reflect their own values.
Healing is not just personal—it is generational.

This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the women who are helping others heal, grow, and rediscover their strength.
Dacia’s work is rooted in creating spaces where individuals and families can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through a person-centered approach and expressive healing practices, she helps clients navigate challenges, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and compassion.
Healing is powerful. And when women lead that work, communities become stronger.

Join us for When Love Changes Shape, a three-part virtual series designed for individuals and families navigating Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias — with particular attention to the lived experiences of Black women and men.
Facilitated by David Robertson, MA, LMSW, this series invites caregivers and clinicians into thoughtful, compassionate conversation about caregiving, grief, shifting identities, and understanding dementia through a neurological lens rather than a moral one.
Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia can reshape relationships, roles, and the way we understand love itself.
