As our MS3 cadets head off to CAVE this summer, Fire Battalion wants to wish each of them the best of luck.
Months of preparation, training, and hard work have led to this moment. Go out there, trust your training, represent Fire Battalion well, and give it everything you have.

🔥 Cadet of the Month – CDT Jain 🔥

This summer, CDT Jain continues to put in work behind the scenes as our Battalion S4 in preparation for cadet summer training( CST). From organizing equipment to making sure cadets have the supplies they need, her efforts helps keep the battalion running smoothly.

Her dedication, responsibility, and commitment to supporting others do not go unnoticed. Fire Battalion is proud to recognize CDT Jain as our Cadet of the Month.

Second Lieutenant Seongwoo Suk graduates from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.

LT Suk’s rank was pinned by his father, Yong-Woon Suk, and his girlfriend, Sumin Cheong, while his first salute was rendered by his sister, SSG Sunjoo Suk.

He has branched Engineer Corps and will serve on Active Duty with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas.

Through hard work, dedication, and perseverance, LT Suk has earned this achievement and now steps forward ready to lead and serve. Fire Battalion is proud to recognize one of our own.

Second Lieutenant Jacqueline “Jacky” Salgado graduates from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Master’s in Public Administration.

LT Salgado’s rank was pinned by her siblings, Jonathan and Julianna Salgado, while her first salute was rendered by SGT (Ret.) Jose Luis Ramos.

She has branched Adjutant General Corps and will serve in the Illinois Army National Guard.
