Coast Inc. specializes in marketing, advertising, and sales for local businesses in the Chicago Area.
We named our company Coast Incorporated because we envision an organization that spans the entire country, coast to coast, providing opportunity and development for both people and businesses. Coast Incorporated is a career development firm that was founded in 2010 by Nicole Skovgard. Coast Inc maintains a portfolio of growing clientele, which allows them the opportunity to develop the skills of every single employee in their company as they grow in their career. Each employee has the opportunity to get personalized training in various areas of business, including, but not limited to leadership development, planning and scheduling, sales and marketing, organizational skills, strategic management, public speaking, and team management. Through a mentor program, each employee is able to learn, grow, and develop into the individual and professional that they aspire to be. With the growth of the clients that they represent, there is ever growing opportunity for advancement within the company for driven individuals. Coast Incorporated Oak Brook has just recently expanded its portfolio, and relocated to Oak Brook from the northern suburbs of Chicago in order to better assist their clients. With the anticipated growth in the near future, Coast Inc is always on the lookout for talented, ambitious individuals who want a chance to train, grow, and develop into strong leaders in the business world.

One of the perks of building a career with room to move is getting to experience new places along the way.
Recently, we traded the office for the ballpark, and enjoyed every minute of it. ⚾️

Planning isn't just about having a plan. It's about taking time to think ahead, be intentional, and put yourself in a position to execute well. 🌊
That mindset starts at the top at Coast.
The best results don’t happen by chance. They are built by careful planning, clear direction, and consistent ex*****on.
The road won’t always be easy, but every challenge, setback, and lesson is shaping where you’re headed. Keep going. The destination is worth it. 🌊

Learning, collaborating, and growing together. 🤝
At Coast, we believe some of the best lessons happen when we get in the room, share ideas, and learn from one another. Growth is a team effort.

The best team in Reno 🤝
At Coast, we believe in making performance more visible.
Measure what counts. Give teams feedback so they can improve. Identify the actions that drive the business forward.
Because when your team knows what great looks like and sees the impact of their work, it’s easier to do great.
Measure it. Coach it. Reward it. Repeat it.
That’s how consistent improvement happens. 🌊

At Coast, we’re building more than careers. We’re building a culture where people can grow, connect and enjoy the journey.

We believe some of the best opportunities are found with a change of scenery. New cities, new experiences, new connections, and a lot of memories in between.
Because when you love what you do a work trip never feels like work.
