Reminiscing on that time we designed and renovated an entire first floor, out of State, in 4 months. ๐Ÿ˜… We moved walls, plumbing and electrical, created a guest suite with bath, a new laundry room, installed all new floors and a very large kitchen, designed for entertaining. Honestly, I donโ€™t know why we even thought this was possible, but this was the Summer home of a Chicago client we loved and wanted to make it work. So there you have it.
