Rhubarb, cauliflower, white chocolate, aleppo.

Walleye with green & black garlic, Egyptian molokhia, Yukon gold, skordalia, and kombu.

Asparagus, cooked in its own juices with caramelized porcini, tahini, Pedro Ximénez, toasted rice, and minutina.

Nutty, vegetal, a little funky.
