In the Works Open Mic

Last night was the last night of In the Works. We had no idea it was going to happen, but we've been replaced by a regular music show. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been coming out the past 3+ years. It was something we looked forward to every week and it meant a lot to us. Three years, two venues. It was a hell of a run. On to bigger and better things.

We're on tonight! Signup at 7:30, show starts at 8.

Also, please note that the venue itself doesn't open until 7. You are welcome to chill and wait outside, pero hace frio esta noche.

Anyways, not to turn you guys off. The atmosphere was electric last week, so it's not something you want to miss. The bigger the turnout, the higher the validation when you're on stage, amirite?

Oh, we on tonight, don't you worry about that. 7:30 signup, 8pm show. Either Mike or Adam or both will host. Looks like you'll have to come and find out.

We're on tonight! Adam and Mike may not be able to make it, so just to be safe we got THE Tony Jaramillo to cover for us. It's sure to be a great night of laughs and beer and solid turnouts, so get on in outta that rain now yahear!

7:30 signup, 8 show. Bowman hosts. Drinks are good. Venue great. Turnouts nice. No food. Can bring food in though.

Mildly relevant side note: the last Thursday improv whatever the f**k has been canceled indefinitely, which means we'll be on every single Thursday indefinitely (except for major holidays, like Saint Patrick's day, Christmas, and your mom and Bowman's anniversary).

It's the last Thursday of the month, so there's some improv show going on at Underground instead of the open mic. But don't worry, we'll be on next week, and hopefully you see this in time. No one wants to mistakenly walk into an improv show. If you see this after it's too late, please accept our sincerest apologies.

The turnouts have been killer, and the quality of comedy has been at the tippy top highest caliber.

Despite ugly rumors, In the Works isn't going anywhere. We had a great turnout last week, and we're going to keep going as long as we get those good turnouts, because Underground is too good a venue to let go to waste. We love you all and hope to see you tonight. 7:30 signup, 8pm show.
