Today, she manages a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, apartments, affordable housing, mixed-use properties, and Cooperative/HOA communities. Earning the CPM® designation is a testament to her dedication to professional growth and commitment to excellence in property management.

When asked what advice she would give to those entering the profession, Tashena shared:
"Property Management has so many layers. Find the position that best suits you. It's one of the best-kept professions that you can experience."

Outside of work, Tashena enjoys couponing, cooking dinner several nights each week, and dancing whenever she gets the chance. 💃
