⚡️ As an Ohio native, this sonics of this song pays homage to the legend Roger Troutman. His pioneering of the talk box sound paved the way for the T Pains and Daft Punks of the world. And his overall musicianship was so good that Prince tried to sign him, but he turned Prince down to remain independent with his family. ⚡️Sundiata’s Exile - The Meditape Vol. 1 - I quietly released my first meditation mixtape on 11.11.25. This is me sharing some of the tools that have helped me through moments of isolation and healing. While I led production, it also features vocals from some of my dear friends and collaborators like .planted and .manimala.

I stumbled into my first Kundalini Yoga class in 2013 after accidentally buying a Groupon I thought was for a regular yoga class. But this Kundalini class was different. It totally changed how I understand breath and its intimate connection to wellbeing. The different breathing techniques and kriyas in Kundalini has helped me move through those moments of anxiety, fear, and doubt, serving as a healthy coping mechanism.

⚡️ Finally broke in the new stu. African Uncle Vibes Mix Live on YouTube 📺 and AfroBang.com. Gotta s/o the most beautiful hard working woman I know , who had the vision for renovating the attic into a stu. We’ll have to do a proper DIY before and after vlog, but this was over a year of trial and error, and a lot of work.
