Meet Ardmore Roderick’s Summer 2026 Interns! These engineering, architecture, finance, and communications students are spending their summers working with various teams at Ardmore Roderick. Today we are highlighting three of our summer interns, Patrick Osilaja, Kennedy Kimball, and Katelyn McHugh.

A strong finish to an incredible experience.

This week, our Cristo Rey High School students wrapped up their Corporate Work Study Program with final presentations showcasing a project they’ve been developing throughout their time with us—designing and building their own backyard sheds.

From defining their own scope to bringing their ideas to life, each student approached the project with creativity, problem-solving, and a clear sense of ownership. It’s been rewarding to watch them grow, connect with the work, and present their final designs and models.

We’re proud to have been part of their journey and look forward to all that’s ahead for this talented group.

“Rules and regulations are absolutely a part of the job, but the greatest skillset that needs to be refined continually is how to influence people. Safety is not difficult, but it's incredibly hard to do because it requires you to perform it 100% of the time. How do you get everyone on board, all the time?” - Ardmore Roderick Director of Safety, Wally Waltersdorf, on the challenges of his role.
