A couple of weeks ago in Vienna — the last night of the EU run with .

Thanks to for the photos (and cupcakes!) and to too. And also to / / for putting the Vienna show together and hosting and to for joining the bill — hope to see you all again soon.

In the meantime, new things are in the works back in Chicago.

6 people, 2 bands, 1 van, 14 days, 13 shows, 4 countries, an unknown number of beers, two birthdays, a nearly missed flight, a dryer malfunction, a whole bunch of merch stuck somewhere between Muenster and London, and at least one mild illness ping-ponging around the van at some point...the tour’s over, we survived.

Many thanks and much love to everyone who turned up at a show, to my dudes in for everything, to our awesome tour manager/merch slinger who made sure all the trains ran on time (despite my unintentional efforts to the contrary), to our excellent driver .dobric who made sure we got everywhere we needed to go smoothly and in one piece (we are now past jinxing it) — you were all a blast to tour with and I hope to see you all sooner than later — and to everyone who helped make this all happen (the promoters, each venue’s staff and of course / / ).

1. One last practice two nights ago outside of Stuttgart in the upstairs apartment kitchen (thanks to for putting me up and for letting me borrow those monitors).

2. The view from my first hotel in London (“conveniently close to train station” is sometimes not a bonus, even if you’re trying to find something near Heathrow at midnight).
