Take a 30-second walk through Meander 🌿
Cait Hardie’s exhibition traces wandering paths, fractured surfaces, and shifting reflections. Where landscape, memory, and mark-making quietly echo one another. Lines become branches, pavement becomes pattern, and observation turns into abstraction.
Move through the space like a thought unfolding, back and forth, in and around, discovering how perception transforms what we see into what we create.
Meander
On view through March 27
Take a 30-second tour through A New Way of Seeing, the new solo exhibition by longtime ARC member Iris Goldstein. Working with colored pencil on paper, Goldstein transforms observations from the woods of Maine into imaginative, allusive forms that blur the line between nature and abstraction.
After years of creating painted plaster wall-relief sculptures, the artist returns to works on paper—exploring texture, color, and perception in a new way. Inspired by natural forms yet guided by intuition, these drawings invite viewers to slow down and discover their own interpretations.
On view this March at ARC Gallery. Stop by and see where nature meets imagination. ✨

REPOSTING Opportunity for Artists:
ARC Gallery /
Call for Art: Ancestral Futures
Curator: Donté K. Hayes
Application Deadline: Sunday, November 23, 2025
What does it mean to be a good future ancestor? How might today’s personal, cultural, social, and or environmental actions become legacies for those who come after us? Ancestral Futures invites artists to reflect on these questions through their creative practice.
This juried exhibition, curated by artist and ceramicist Donté K. Hayes, seeks works that meditate on wisdom, intentionality, and the responsibility of shaping a world that extends beyond ourselves.
ARC Gallery invites artists of all backgrounds and mediums to submit artwork that explores the concept of the future ancestor though art. Submissions can include painting, drawing, photography, digital art, sculpture, mixed media, textiles, ceramics, and video. ARC Gallery encourages artists to draw on personal experiences and observations in creating their work. They hope to showcase a range of perspectives and styles that do service to the complex and multifaceted nature of this topic.
Through this call for art, ARC Gallery hopes to shine a light on the ethics of long-term thinking—what The Good Ancestor author Roman Krznaric calls “deep-time humility.”
