The perfect combination of precise craftsmanship and newest technologies allows us to produce the guitars with outstanding tonal and manufacturing qualities.
One of our newest technology is this collaborative robot.
The average variation in accuracy with manual sanding is around 0.005“ (0,128mm), thanks to sensitive robots we were able to reduce this to 0.002” (0,05mm).
This result allows us to further improve the tonal consistency of all our instruments.
Plus it saves up our workers on strenuous work 💪
